Please bless me to be able to sleep in the day for the next 3 days and wake up in time and go early to work each night for this round of night.
Please bless me not to get 'jet lag' after this round of night cus after my last round of night i had my longest bout of 'jet lag' ever cus it lasted like a few days more than an entire week and i was like, lethargic and drained of half my usual energy for that whole week. Which is a torture cus i still have to carry on doing the things i would otherwise have done on a my 'normal full energy capacity' kind.
Please bless me not to have any admissions, deaths, falls, injuries/mishaps during this round of night.

It is 3am and i am giving in to the Zzzz monster soon. Night starts tml and i wonder what time i will get up. And i will have to stay awake from then till like 9am the next day. And working from 9pm-7.35am.
It always amazes me, ppl in their 30s and beyond who tahan shift work and ward nursing. And i am so thankful that you called me to be a nurse while i am still young and have my energy (: may the best of my youth, be used in the best way that pleases you, my maker (: may i live for you, my God. Let this be a prayer~
