YAY! ive just finished my A&E posting! (attachment) Because its one week and probably the shortest attachment ive ever had. But there's still OT posting next week. Have to hurry go revise before mon :/

It wasn't as scary as what i expected (: (I expected erm, lots of very terrible cases? As in very serious conditions patients.) Well, except for the fact that the hospital is so FAR it takes me 1 hour and 40 mins just to get there. So like for morn shift, 7am-3pm, ive to like get up at 5am! so gross!

Maybe going to stay at my aunts place next week so i dun have to get up so early (: But, thank God ive not been late for this posting (: (: (:

Well i suppose because the hospital isnt located in the central area of Spore it has the less serious cases and on the whole less patients too. Still very busy, but not over-ly. (:

SGH/TTSH would have been a totally different case. It would be busier and probably have more of the serious scary cases.

Didnt have a single collasped patient through the whole week. The opposite shift had 2.
So, i am blessed! And im especially blessed to have a nice CI!!!!!! Nice CIs (clinical instructor) are lovely blessings from above (:

She still asks a lot of questions but at least she speaks in a nice tone and you don't feel like running away the moment you see/hear her coming, like certain scary CIs. 0_0

She a bit like CI Nila from SGH. CI Nila is even stricter though, but better. She's the right balance of nice and strict and teaches well. (:

I've heard of CIs that are lenient, and don't really care what the student does. I'd say they are nice CIs but i wouldn't say they're good. Because you won't learn as much then. I've never encountered one though. But if you ask me to choose between such a CI and a strict but scary/strict and ridiculous one, (both varieties of which ive encountered) i dun think i could choose. :X

Speaking of CIs, ive just known my relief ballet teacher yesterday. She's come to take our class till feb i think. While our current one goes to give birth (: Imagine. Our ballet teacher was still doing jumps with us while 7-8 months pregnant! 0_0 ZAI.

She was a really good teacher. I think this new one isnt bad. But she has a very different style of teaching. And a problem is she's from china and struggles using english. And i struggle to understand chinese. hahahha.

And ive finally been able to catch a few exercises. I love ballet! (: (:

And the best part of my A&E posting was being in CE (Children's emergency) for 1 day. At first there was nothing much to do as we arent allowed to do a lot of things for children. As the cases came in, I found myself helping in a different way (: Hope to go paeds nursing in the future (:
