My first day at work in Mos Burger! hahaha (: They gave me a very long shirt and the guys' cut pants...because they ran out of the female cut 's' size...so i guess i looked pretty weird. Luckily there was an apron to wear over...cover like practically my whole front...and the first thing i learnt was how to wear a bandana...(:
After that i was sent to do customer service (cs) ...which is what all new people are sent to do...they told me after one or two days, i would be sent to counter! ahhh i dun want to do counter...super stressful one...but customer service is easy and fun! (: enjoyed work today (:
At first i was pretty stressed but later on it got easier and was quite fun (: serve people, repeat order, clear and clean tables (: clean trays and baskets and change bins...haha. Clear ash trays is the worse part *holds breath* From 6-7plus I had a partner to do cs with me..she's so funny...kept saying sian sian sian haha i guess because she's worked for 2months plus le.
But she's pretty nice, and a year younger than me. I think she hates the bin. She was like, i do the rest, you go change bin...whenever the bin was full...so i changed bin twice today..haha. It's heavy lah! But i dun mind (:
Had my dinner at like 6.30pm like that...quite nice (: actually i was relieved because i was very thirsty! haha anyway, i was supposed to work from 4-9 but ended up working till 10 because the person replacing me came late. Lisa and Delia ended at 9, but they kindly waited for me! so nice lah! so we all went home together and sang worship songs on the way home (:
Lisa was like saying i do cs like so pro...hahaha at first i was quite clusmy lor...but then by 9 i had gotten better mah...Lisa and Delia got 3hr training a day before they started work! i dun have...so sad :/ had to learn everything as i work....oh yes we all dun have work tomorrow! hahaha But we have on wednesday...mine is 3-8...Delia's is 12-5 i think...but Lisa has to do from 12-9...so i shall wait for her...then we can go home together (:
Oh yes claire Butt and Candy-jie came to see me too! haha they came pretty early...as in i just started not long...haha. Thanks for coming!
Tomorrow got dance practice 9am-1pm at tct...*gasps* i hope i can get up...gosh. Super must practice Always and Forever. The most undiginified dance i've ever learnt. A style i never did before. The fling hair everywhere like a mad girl kind of dance. Okay maybe i'm exaggerating. But it's still way beyond my comfort zone.
Yesterday night I was reminded of a certain part in Pastor's sermon. In a celebrative mood, King David became undignified to praise God. God is crazy over us so we too should be for him. And so. Even if i get the position in front of A3, i shall be undignified. Let the hair fly (:
