It's 2006 already! (: haha so much to blog about...so i shall summarise...

Thursday:
Went for dance rehearsal. things were quite messy, but had fun dancing and felt God's presence strongly (: Thank God! Also thank God for Claire and Candy-jie and Danny Loke who sent us home. (:

Friday:
Had my first E7 meeting...God's presence was really there and we closed 2005 with thanksgiving (: worship was so so nice (: PTL for his presence (: Had infomation overload...haha. Good thing we could write things down on the calender..

Saturday:
Combined cell. Thank God for Lisa and Suzanne or I would have gone to TC room 5 instead of expo. Told you the infomation was a lot. So much that I was so blur. haha. Anyway I only slept and hour plus so thank God that I survived the whole day! Cell was good (: Had packing after that..it was really fun...i did 3 'production lines' first which was whistle and the other two the clappers, party popper and 'landlard' (don't know how to spell) After that we moved on to bottles and lightsticks for a while, then moved to sealing and packing envelopes. It was tiring but fun. So the entire day passed. Went to Lionel's place, then had games and food and best of all, worship! Right in the wee hours of 2006 (: it was really nice (: stayed over at claire's place after that. and yays! my brother got to stay over at xian bin's place that night! (:

Sunday:
woke up super early to get to expo...slept 7 hours the night before...rushed make-up...waited in the rehearsal hall until fell asleep for a while on the chair, hahaha. then rehearsal started and after that was a 30min rush to go toilet cum touch up make-up cum dinner cum meet tribe members and also updating Evelyn. then we rushed back into max pavillion to standby, and the doors opened...so cool to see people running in!

The dance was okay...didn't have enough space...but ohwell. sermon was very good, and issac is so cute (: haha. had celebration after that (: then there was a blessing to leaders, and a very touching song. A promise from God to bless, to bring his glory and his peace. Really felt God's presence. Then a pledge to serve the nations, and then praying for a specific country. Obviously, i prayed for Cambodia. Having been there in 2004 really gave me a heart for this nation. I cried remembering the many many lost who are there. A country so broken. physically emotionally spiritually in need. God, send me! We will go for you. we will shout to the corners of the earth that Christ is King...

Lisa's blog really encouraged me. knowing that she has always struggled with serving the nations because she was afraid of the harsh conditions, but reading that she is now willing to go, has made me so happy and proud of her. she has definately grown,and i know that she'll continue to grow in this year as she chooses to 'die to self' and learn to share in His sufferings.

Was initially afriad of being unable to go for mission trips because poly means school in june and december. But i know that if it's God's will that i go, he will make a way. the year started with two situations and many challenges. God came through for me in both situations. And I know He'll hold my hand and bring me through all the challenges and situations to come.

new year. new offerings. new resolutions. new challenges. new blessings...
