In nursing, theres a score we like to use. its called the pain score, and you rate your pain from '0' (no pain) to '10' (worst imaginable pain). It helps us measure your pain to see if it gets better and all.
Currently, my 'stress score', is 8/10.
And i seriously wonder what crazy thing i will end up doing when i hit 10/10.
Because im getting there.
And im getting desperate.
And i am 1mth away from ending my 6 mths probation.
Why do i feel as if im imprisoned?
Well. things will get better....(it better...)
The complicated cases will leave..........(hopefully to be replaced by normal cases)
its just a complicated, taxing, super busy month :/

Pig~
Slept so much over the previous weekend. After my wonderful long hol, going back to being a nurse is so tiring. the first day in the ward, halfway through the day my legs were already so tired...
Its been 4-5 days in the ward...finally know where the common things are and memorised the prep room no. at last (: Thankfully the staff and patients are very nice! But the workload...just looking at how efficient they are is enough to make me want to cry.
And im still slow, blur, and unfamiliar. Even as junior, they do things differently here...and its like one junior to 15 patients...'cus its C class...and my final attachment ward is B class...one junior to 6 patients...
Luckily taking cases its one staff to 7/8 patients. Not that different from my prcp. Except all the procedures and jargons. Have yet to take any cases. Have yet to work with my preceptor too. But ive heard she's really nice (:
Hope i'll be able to cope soon...
Hope i won't get very stressed taking cases...
Hope june's schedule is favourable...(:
Thanks for being with me.

I bought a pet (:
Recently bought a fighting fish of various beautiful blue colours (: He now lives in his fish tank home atop my desk together with one of my brother's fighting fish. ive 'kidnapped' my favourite, a yellow one, from his collection of five.
Its so nice and calming to look at them (: One's so cute, and one's so beautiful. Say hi to Joy and Calypso (:
Calypso~

and Joy (:

For my brother's sake, i shall hereby disclaim that I was the one that gave Joy her name. (:
Now when I come home tired from work, i can gaze at God's art greeting me (:
